Danielle & Steven’s Wedding at The Met
Danielle & Steven had a beautiful wedding at The Met (The Metropolitan Center) in downtown Winnipeg.
I didn’t get to be at Danielle & Steven’s wedding. If you didn’t already know, we have multiple Day of Coordinators. For me it’s always a mix of happy and sad because I can’t be at every wedding, but I’m also happy that we can help more clients and our clients are taken care of by our amazing team/s.
From the beginning Danielle was quite organized, happy, and generally just excited for her wedding. It’s always exciting to see a couple just ready to have a party and get married. It’s important to be able to let go of all the little things that can stress you out about a wedding and just be in it with your partner, ready to enter the rest of your life together. That’s what it’s about; let the rest fade.
Danielle & Steven hired us for Day of Coordination. With that comes a few meetings, some to do list and, a lot of itinerary work. With Day of clients we take their vision, they’re planning, and bring it all together in a detailed way.
They had a beautiful warm and sunny day for their wedding, and you can see how lovely it all was through the photos outside.
The room was set with simple personal touches, a table welcome the guests – with escort cards – as they came and the guest tables were lit beautifully with candles setting a nice ambience.
