Wedding Management

A Wedding Planner you hire for Wedding Management is someone that can be hired at any point in the planning process to give you that support for your wedding day. We don’t do any planning with you but meet with you 6 months, 3 months, and again a review closer to the wedding crate your schedule for the day, your itinerary, the order of service and bring together all the details you’ve spend months planning. We support you from the rehearsal all the way till the end of your wedding day. On top of that, you get unlimited email access, a customised Client Portal, our Resource Library.

Month of Coordination

Some companies only do what’s called Day of Coordination or Month of Coordination. You might not know what you all need and this service is truly simple and small. They may only meet with you the month before your wedding, put together a basic schedule for you and then be a part of your rehearsal and on the wedding day do some basic set up and manage the timeline. Again, this is a very basic “bare-bones” service so be sure to really ask questions to truly know what you are getting and not getting.

For us, the month of the wedding is when we DON’T want to be meeting with you. All of our work together should be done well ahead of time, decisions made, and that month before the wedding we love to leave for you to finish your vows, thank you speech, have a stage/stagette, final hair & makeup trials. Fun and zero logistical work.

Question from a bride: How do you know who is the right Wedding Planner for you?

We believe that a lot of it comes down to personality. Of course, you want a professional Planner, someone with experience, organization, professionalism, and someone who is connected in the industry to help you get the dream wedding that you want but it should also be a fun process! You want to get along, click and enjoy working together!

Question from a bride: What type of direction will a Wedding Planner offer to guests on the day of the wedding?

A Wedding Planner is there for all the little details. They’ll help the ushers, greeters, or anyone else on your wedding day know what to do, make sure no guests are confused on where to go and what they should be doing either. A Planner is on site for anything that comes up; a special meal/allergy was missed, mobility access assistant for your guests, working with your vendors, working directly with your venue to match timing, and all those little things. We’ll work with the venue, your family, friends, or anyone else to make sure that everyone is enjoying the day!

Question from a bride: Won’t a Wedding Planner take over and want to run the whole show?

You’ll want your Wedding Planner to run the show! A good Wedding Planner will have control of the day, what is happening, timing and, make sure things are the way you want them to be, but will have that balance of helping you enjoy your day and not be overbearing while taking care of all the details that you’ve spent months planning.  With a Wedding Planner you shouldn’t even have to think about the details, and the small stuff, the only things you should be focusing on is enjoying your friends, family, the love of your life and how beautiful your day is!
