Celia & Cam’s Intimate Winnipeg Wedding

We planned long-distance with Celia & Cam (who live in Australia). We had a really large time difference but that didn’t stop us from helping them plan the perfect intimate Winnipeg wedding.

It was a lot of fun being the eyes and ears on the ground. Finding the right vendors, setting up video meetings, and sending them photos as we venue scouted for them.

To say we were looking forward to seeing it all come together would be an understatement.

Their wedding was in September and the autumn colours couldn’t have changed in more perfect timing for the day. Just look at the mix of greens, golds, oranges, and reds. It was the perfect accent to their wedding colours.

Celia & Cam love to travel so it was fitting that she picked London as the place to get her dress. I couldn’t wait to see the design come to life and it utterly was the perfect dress for her.

With a small guest list, Kitchen Sync seemed like the ideal fit for them but of course, they weren’t here in Winnipeg to make that decision. It was impressive to see them trust via photos and a video tour that it was the place for them (we already knew, it was just too right).

I’m always so honoured that couples like Celia & Cam trust us with their ideas, their vision, and their weddings. It can be hard to trust – we get that – but it’s such a treat getting to watch them as they see the room, the flowers, see it all come together, and really breathe out that trust. It’s the best part.
