Chad & Sandra had the most beautiful Parisian Themed Wedding. It was such a treat helping them finalize their colours, pick their decor and of course coordinate their day.
From Sandra:
“Our inspiration was French themed which originated from a trip that we took to Paris a year prior to our wedding. The simple elegance of the French culture, style and architecture helped set the tone of what we envisioned for our wedding: timeless, simple but elegant and centred around the French macaroon (cookie).”
“My favourite decor detail was the garland that the Floral Fixx had created for the back of our vintage Rolls Royce, that would take us from the ceremony to the reception. It was so beautiful and whimsical and our planner later transported it to the head table, which worked well with our beautiful princess skirting from The Little Linen Company.”
How long have you been planning?
“Even though we had been engaged for over two years, we only kicked the planning aspect into high gear six months prior to the wedding. Of course, we couldn’t have done it without Amanda Douglas Events!”
“Our colour palette was inspired by the pastels found in the French macaroon cookie and consisted of champagne, mint, and gold for a little pizzazz.”
