We’re excited to announce we’ve added a new package to our list of services!
The Design & Decor Setup Package was created after noticing a bit of a gap in services offerings and that we didn’t love. We wanted to created something that gave couples the right amount of help they needed even if they didn’t include Day of Coordination.

Design & Decor Setup Package
The Design & Decor Setup Package includes the design support you need and the day of setup follow through to make sure what you’ve planned looks the way you’ve envisioned on your special day.
We handle it all! You and your guests just sit back and enjoy!
Pre-Wedding Design Meeting
• We’ll have two pre-wedding design meetings to help you hone in on your designs, colours, and pick the right vendors to support you.
• Creation of 1-2 Inspiration Boards to help you visualize your wedding, its colours, and put into pictures – and words – your wedding (to share with your vendors, family, and friends).
• One 1 hour site walk through to help you come up with your floor plan and help you visualize your day and how everything will work together.

Vendor Support & Sourcing
• Review your aesthetic related vendors (flowers, linens, stationery etc) contracts and quotes to make sure everything flows with your design.
• Make vendor suggestions and referrals to get you connected with the companies that will be the best ft to bring it all together.
• Confirming all set up details with vendors before the wedding.
• You’ll receive our Planning Aids & Tips Kit and the Tips & Tricks Kit to help you in the planning process.

Wedding Day Setup
• Up to 5 consecutive hours of day of setup.
• We ensure that all decor, table settings, and accessories are in place before your guests arrive (double check after the decorator and/or florist is finished and setting all your personal decor items).
• If you’ve scheduled your photographer to be on site to do detail photos we’ll work with him or her to ensure everything is captured.
• Set up of any personal ceremony decor and assisting your vendors/double checking everything is in place.
• Transfer any of your ceremony decor that will be used again at the reception.
• Note: On the wedding day, our services run until the setup is complete (up until 5 consecutive hours). Additional setup hours may be added.
