Heather & Rex’s Art Gallery Wedding
These two are seriously in love. They’re so cute together, attentive and, listened well to one another. It always left me feeling all warm and fuzzy (and wanted to get home and give Marshall a big hug).
Having been together for years already it was time to tie the knot and seriously I couldn’t have been more excited about helping them. That’s not true; when I found out they were having an art gallery wedding I got at least 20% more excited.
I LOVE intimate and personal weddings. Just your closest family and friends there around you.
Heather & Rex hired us to be a part of their wedding and manage it through Day/Month of Coordination and also through Hourly Consultation; where we helped them put together the decor details, floor plan, and did site visits.
It was a wonderful day and I’m pretty sure my staff love these guys just as much as I do.
Here are some of our favourite images from Heather & Rex’s Art Gallery wedding.
Sometimes a little bribing is in order to get some pre-wedding cuddles from one of your favourite beings.
A stopover at Across the Board was in order and timed in perfectly between photos and the ceremony.
It was a warm and sunny day. Perfect for a rooftop ceremony. There’s already an art installation in the space but if you know me at all you’ll know I’m never against a little extra greenery.
Candy and nuts as a little party favour for the guests.
Family and friends made some desserts for the day and it was topped off with a doughnuts wall from Oh Doughnuts and some extra treats from Pinky’s (AND some gf/vegan options for those in need from Cocoa Bean Bakery).
Rex is part of a drum group (and having lived in Japan for a while) it was only fitting that there was a performance at the wedding.
