Joie & Mike’s Zoo Wedding
Joie & Mike wanted to have a unique wedding in a unique place and what better place then the Assiniboine Park Zoo?
Going to so many events – in their professional lives – they wanted to do something a little more interesting and interactive for their wedding. We planned out food stations, two bars, a candy station, a chic lounge, all spread around the Journey to Churchill exhibit where you pass by the polo bears and seals on your way (doesn’t that just sound magical?).
There were a lot of logistical challenges to work through (a zoo wedding, in the middle of the park, in the dead of winter – hello!) but we are so happy with how it all came together for Joie & Mike’s Zoo wedding.
