We had the most amazing line up of vendors that 100% rocked it for each and every one of us at the costume party.

Every year we have a MWN (Manitoba Wedding Network) costume party. All us vendors here in Manitoba work VERY hard all wedding season (May – October) and at the end of it all there’s just nothing better then letting loose with all your closest vendor friends and getting dressed up, having great food, drink, and dancing.

We started the Annual Costume Party last year and we plan to host it as long as possible because really, who doens’t love a costume party? And well, to be honest, I LOVE them more then most.

See that jacket I’m wearing? I made it. I had the plan to be a Ring Master as soon as I started planning this party (which – being the planner that I am – was right after the last party!).

It took forever to find the coat (It had to be just right) but when I did I got the glitter, glue gun, scissors, and paint out and went to work. This even included getting the MCC ladies in on cutting some shoulder pads out of an old (and very ugly) dress for me.

Shelley from Planned Perfectly gave me a great braid for under my wig and in turn I did her up real witch like (I warned her I would bring extra costumes – this a costume party after all. I don’t think she believed me when I said I have a whole tickle trunk of goodies at home).
