Large weddings are great too, but there’s just something about being with a smaller group of guests; getting to take in all the details and be personally apart of their experience as well (like a dinner party).

Your budget

If you’re struggling to figure out what a realistic budget is for your size of wedding, we’ll help you create and manage a budget that’s personalized for your desired event.

Venue sourcing

We’ll help you find the right venue, whether that’s a restaurant, beachfront, warehouse, a tent in your backyard, or a museum. We’ll help you find all of your vendors, go to your meetings with you or as your proxy, and really dig into all aspects of planning.

Style & Design

When it comes to style and design, we work with you to create a theme and colour palette that best brings together your personalities and aesthetic. We’ll help you get organized with customized inspiration boards and personalized pinboards, as well as create a well-designed floor plan to best utilize your space.

Logistics & To-Dos

Regular planning meetings and your targeted to-do lists will keep you on track and motivated through the process.

Resource Library

You’ll receive access to our exclusive Resource Library and your own client portal with all of your budget and itinerary documentation.

Coordination & Vendor Management

As the planning evolves we create the timing and order of your day. From vendor installation to the wedding party getting ready, to when your guests arrive, we’ll have all the details covered and will create a seamless experience.
