Stephanie & Grant’s Country Wedding
When Stephanie & Grant came to me about their wedding I knew I was going to love working with them. That first meeting, and every meeting after that, we spent most of the time laughing while trying to get some planning work done.
They both knew they wanted to have a country wedding but not a “country wedding”. They wanted to have some beautiful and rooted country elements but wanted a thread of elegance and class mixed in with just the right amount of personality.
I always caution my clients from taking on too many DIYs but I think these guys nailed it and took on just the right amount. From their signage to their crates and their steak rub party favours it was a really fun and personal fall country wedding.
It was a chilly October day but these two couldn’t have cared less. They were so excited and focused on marrying each other that all those other details really didn’t matter.
Stephanie was determined to have that outdoor ceremony like we planned and I’m so thrilled she stuck with her gut. The setting was beautiful and couldn’t have been more them. From the flowers down the aisle to the burlap draping up in the tree these two infused their theme and personality throughout their wedding. And look at the photos, it couldn’t have been more dreamy!
It was such a pleasure getting to help them plan their country wedding and it was so fun bringing it all together (even getting up in the tree to hang the burlap draping!).
A huge thanks to all the vendors, family and friends that helped bring together their wonderful day:
