Tell us a little bit about yourself?
Hi! I’m Crystal, owner of FOC Photography.
What inspired you to start your business?
Photography only became a serious interest of mine after I had my first baby boy, Felix. I picked up the camera and played around with it a bit, trying to catch those perfect moments. By the time we had our second boy, Ollie, I wanted to get better and know more. I took photography classes to sharpen my growing skills and became excited to transition into a career that would allow me to express my creative self. After the arrival of another baby boy, Charlie, I decided to share my passion with others.
What do you love about what you do?
Through photography I aim to catch life as it happens around me. I see the beauty that each day brings and through my lens I aim to capture these moments and hold them in time, whether they be found in the everyday activities of curious children or the orchestrated beauty of a formal event. My hope for a photographic session is to capture the special qualities that make you, your family, your home, your lives or your special occasions authentically yours.
What makes you stand apart in your field?
I know better than most the value of a photograph and because of that I work extremely hard to deliver a package that not only you will cherish but your whole family will.
